Java for Mac OS X

A Java Runtime Environment (JRE) must be installed before installing jLog.
jLog V6 requires Java 8. Download it here.
jLog V6.4 and newer will also run with Java 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 (and even the Java 16-ea prerelease).

Frequent upgrades to the newest revision of Java is recommended as this usually provides both visual and performance improvements as well as bug-fixes.

Please note that you must install Java with Administrator privileges.

Please note that jLog does not need Java in the Web Browsers to be enabled. So, feel free to disable Java in the browser for security reasons.
